Overview
These terms govern your use of Flōu — the app, the website, and any related services. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Flōu. We have written these in plain English. If any section is unclear, email us at flou@darshil.tech.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Firebase Authentication is used to manage your login — your password is never stored by Flōu directly.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at flou@darshil.tech and change your password. You must be at least 13 years old to use Flōu. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.

- ×Use bots or automated scripts
- ×Resell or sublicense access
Your content
Everything you add to Flōu — your tasks, notes, subtasks, and lists — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your content. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for providing the service.
Subscription and billing
Pro Billing: £4.99/month or £39.99/year. Pricing renews automatically unless cancelled in Settings.
Refunds: Reviewed within 14 days for errors or verified technical failures. Contact flou@darshil.tech.
Data location and infrastructure
Data is stored in Google Firebase, primarily in the Mumbai region (asia-south1), India. By using Flōu, you acknowledge this processing location.
Limitation of liability
Flōu is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally. If that fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
